Southern Cross Care Queensland provides compassionate and inclusive service to the ageing population. As a Registered Nurse, you will work in a supportive team environment to deliver advanced clinical and holistic care to our residents.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing client care, as well as documenting care plans and evaluating resident outcomes. You will also work closely with medical practitioners, family members, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure excellence in personalised care.
The successful candidate will have current AHPRA registration, experience in aged care, and knowledge of chronic conditions, palliative, and dementia care. They will also possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
