Personal Carer | BlueCare | Community Care

- Employment Status: Permanent Part Time
- Location: Monto & Surrounding Areas
- Remuneration: $35.50 p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging (Increases your take-home pay) + Allowances & Travel Reimbursement (KM's) + Employee discounts

About the role:

As a Personal Carer, you'll provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.

- Spending your time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, supporting daily activities
- Providing in-home personal care, daily living assistance including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing
- Supporting clients according to their individualised Care Plan
- Supporting community-based recreational and social activities
- Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments

Role requirements:

- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or an equivalent qualification — Essential
- Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) — Essential
- Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle for work — Essential
