CJD Equipment's Port Hedland branch is seeking a Service Advisor to support our busy service department, working with industry-leading brands including Kenworth, DAF, and Volvo Construction Equipment .
This is a residential position based in Port Hedland.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate customer service bookings and schedule jobs efficiently
* Process workshop labour, costs, and service invoices
* Invoice service contracts and daily work orders
* Monitor credit account limits and report exceptions
* Assist with parts ordering and receipting for service jobs
* Prepare and present service maintenance schedules
* Maintain accurate documentation and records
* Support continuous improvement in admin processes
* Communicate effectively across teams and with customers
* Occasionally work overtime, including Saturday mornings
What You'll Bring:
* Extensive experience in the heavy truck or automotive industry
* Strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and multitasking ability
* A professional and neat personal presentation
