We have an opportunity on our engagement with the within the Systems Integration and Operations (SIO) area of the Warfighting Networks and Applications Support Organisation (WSO). As the Identity, Credential & Access Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in conducting various activities, including capability and concept development, security analysis, architectural design, and verification/validation. You'll be involved with supporting accreditation processes, internal assessments, and providing technical expertise on Identity, Credential & Access Management (ICAM) services. As the specialist, you will contribute to documentation, cyber-worthiness, and future training while demonstrating expertise in cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems engineering, and network integration.
To succeed in this endeavour, you will:
- Conduct capability and concept development aligned with technical requirements.
- Perform Standards and Framework GAP analysis and investigation activities.
- Conduct Security requirements analysis and development.
- Support Architectural accreditation and Security certification processes.
- Provide technical expertise on ICAM services, including Identity Federation and Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Implement technical requirements for certification and accreditation of systems within the ADF.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:
- Hold current Negative Vetting 2 (NV2) security clearance or higher
- Detailed cybersecurity knowledge, including Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA).
- In-depth knowledge of infrastructure, systems engineering, networking, and system integration design.
- Expertise in Identity Federation, Privilege Access Management, RBAC, and ABAC.
- Strong technical architecture background with the ability to architect, design, and build ICT Infrastructure systems.
- 5-10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Active Directory, Identity Federation, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems.
- Experience with hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) and secure identity service integration.
- Familiarity with governance frameworks, such as the Australia Information Security Manual (ISM).
- Experience in secure infrastructure systems, configuration, and implementation.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a Technical Architect and/or Senior Operational Support role.
