About the Role:

As a leader in our teams, you will drive a 'good different' experience for our customers. Your role will be diverse and dynamic, involving driving sales targets, training and developing a close-knit team, and managing store operations.


Your Responsibilities:

* Ensure your store runs smoothly, helping to keep our customers satisfied.
* Develop the next generation of leaders in our stores by training and coaching team members to excel.
* Maintain a clean and safe store environment, upholding the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
* Manage stock effectively, keeping an eye on inventory and minimising losses.
* Work alongside your team on registers, filling shelves and merchandising special buys when needed.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
* Manage resources effectively, hitting goals without compromising quality.
* Conduct interviews for potential new team members to assist in selecting the right people for your team.
