Offer description

Facilities and Assets Administrator – Richmind WA
It takes courage to keep things running behind the scenes – and we can't do it without you.
Are you ready to step into a role where your organisational skills, problem-solving ability, and team spirit make a real difference every day?
Why this role matters
Every repair you coordinate, every system you update, every asset you track has a ripple effect.
You'll be helping us create spaces where people feel safe, valued, and supported – spaces that empower recovery and wellbeing.
This is more than facilities management; it's about being part of a team shaping the future of mental health services across WA.
What you'll be doing
Support the Facilities Manager with daily operations of sites across Richmind WA, ensuring they are safe, functional, and welcoming.
Carry out asset audits, maintain records, and ensure resources are in top condition.
Work with contractors and vendors to get repairs, upgrades, and maintenance sorted on time and on budget.
Manage tools like MyBuildings and Smart-Fleet so data is accurate and operations run smoothly.
Oversee procurement requests and supplies to prevent gaps.
What you bring
You don't need to tick every box – what matters most is your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
If you're a proactive problem-solver with great communication skills, we can help you grow the rest.
Cert IV / Diploma in Business or similar (or relevant experience)
Confidence with Microsoft Office and an eagerness to pick up new systems
Strong time-management and a solutions-focused approach
Experience in property or residential services is great, but not essential
National Police Clearance (within 6 months) and a valid Driver's Licence.
Who are we?
At Richmind WA, we've been supporting people on their mental health journeys for over 50 years.
We're recovery-first, lived experience-led, and proudly Rainbow Tick accredited.
We walk alongside people with compassion, courage, and belief in their potential.
Our services are residential, outreach, and everything in between—person-centred, trauma-informed, and inclusive at the core.
Our values
Living and breathing recovery
Being brave and exploring
Listening deeply and learning
Putting people first
Being passionate about inclusion and belonging
We work with Elders and First Nations staff to ensure culturally safe supports and value people of every background, identity, and experience.
Meaningful work, every single day

Two bonus leave days—your birthday + wellbeing leave
Training, mentoring, and access to LinkedIn Learning
Four weeks of annual leave (with the option to buy more)

Long service leave after 5 years
