Boiso's Electrical Services is a growing regional electrical contractor seeking a reliable, safety-focused Warehouse / Rouseabout & Admin Support team member to support our warehouse operations, field crews, and operations team.
This is a hands-on, varied role combining warehouse operations, site support, and parts and inventory administration. It suits someone who takes pride in organisation, enjoys physical work, and understands the importance of accurate stock control.
The Role
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day running and support of the warehouse, assisting with receipting, ordering, stocking, and issuing parts, while also supporting field teams and operational admin requirements. You'll work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operations team to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Inventory
* Receipt incoming parts and deliveries
* Check, label, and correctly stock materials and equipment
* Pick, pack, and issue parts for jobs
* Assist with parts ordering and supplier follow-ups as directed
* Maintain accurate stock movements and inventory records
* Load and unload materials using a forklift and manual handling
Field & Site Support
* Deliver parts and materials to job sites
* Assist field crews with general labouring and site setup as required
* Support shutdowns and project works when needed
* Maintain clean, safe, and organised work sites
Admin & Operations Support
* Assist with job packs, delivery dockets, and documentation
* Return unused parts to the warehouse and update records
* Support stock counts and stocktakes
* Communicate part status and availability with the office and operations team
Warehouse & Yard Upkeep
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse and yard
* Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are stored safely
What We're Looking For
* Manual Driver's Licence (required)
* LF Forklift Licence (essential)
* White Card (or willing to obtain)
* Experience in warehousing, logistics, trade support, or similar environments
* Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
* Comfortable with physical work and basic admin systems
* Strong safety mindset and positive work ethic
* Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
