Job Title
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to fill the role of Assistant General Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the gym.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversight and supervision of all aspects of the gym's operations
* Staff management, scheduling, training, and evaluation
* Maintenance of cleanliness and appearance of the facility
* Authorization of expenditures and preparation of administrative reports
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar field with proven track record
* First Aid and CPR certification
* WCW certificate or proof of progress
* National Police Check certificate within 12 months of application date
