You'll also have the chance to give back and make a positive impact where we live and work through volunteerism.ResponsibilitiesDirectly supporting two senior level managers and generally supporting the Australia Risk Management teamManages day to day calendar(s) of senior managementCoordinates all aspects of executive level manager appointments, meetings, receptions and conference callsMay prepare and review materials and correspondence for meetingsAssist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documentsCoordinates travel arrangements; prepare and distribute schedules/agendas for travelPrepares, reconciles, and tracks expense reports through Travel and Entertainment Expense systemContinuity of Business co-ordinator for the Risk TeamRecords Management for the Risk TeamOrders supplies and process invoices through Procure to Pay systemProcess and follow-up on Virtual RequestsAssists in ad-hoc reports and special projects as neededTrains, coaches or guides other administrative staff when requiredAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencyQualificationsPrevious office administration experience preferably within a large and complex financial services firm or similar organizationHighly proficient in Microsoft OfficeConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to quickly gain command of new systemsSelf-motivated and detail orientedEducationRelevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experienceAdditional InformationWorking at Citi is far more than just a job.
