The Role
1. Managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timelines & budgets are met
2. Leading & mentoring project teams to drive excellence
3. Overseeing contract administration & financial reporting
4. Managing client relationships & key stakeholder communication
5. Ensuring compliance with safety & quality standards
6. Identifying risks & implementing mitigation strategies
The Criteria
1. Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
2. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in civil construction
3. Strong communication & leadership skills to engage teams & stakeholders
4. Experience managing large-scale infrastructure or civil projects
5. Proven ability to manage project budgets & contracts effectively
6. Sound knowledge of safety, environmental, and quality compliance
