One of your primary duties will be to keep the Principal and management team well-informed on employment laws and regulations. You will deliver focused training where needed to build confidence and ensure compliance.
You will stay up-to-date with employment legislation and offer proactive advice to leadership on compliance matters and potential risk areas.
This role requires someone who can act as a positive force for continuous improvement in people practices. You will inspire thoughtful change and strengthen people management approaches.
The successful candidate will support the Principal and leadership team in cultivating a positive school culture by equipping managers with the tools and skills needed to lead their teams effectively.
You will drive the implementation of HR initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance on staff management and professional development.
Your responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for improvement, addressing potential risks, and proposing well-considered changes to enhance overall HR practices.
You will collaborate with school leadership and XCL Education Head Office on performance and salary reviews, ensuring alignment with roles, responsibilities, and policies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
