We're on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Manager to join the team at the newly acquired venue in Tweed Heads. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a venue under new ownership, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future success of the business.
The Role
As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the venue. You'll need strong back-of-house knowledge, the ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment, and a hands-on approach to leadership.
Prior to the venue handover, you'll be provided with accommodation in Sydney where you'll undergo training to learn the company's systems and processes-setting you up for success from day one.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up
- Solid knowledge of back-of-house operations, compliance, and reporting
- A proven ability to manage teams and support senior management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly
- Up to date with trends and in touch with the local community
- Availability to start ASAP
