Ramada Vetroblu Scarborough Beach, a modern property featuring 54 stylish apartments, seeks an experienced Property Hotel Manager. As a key member of the management team, you will lead a fantastic team and ensure smooth operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The successful candidate will possess:
* Previous experience with RMS (essential)
* Minimum 2 years in a similar role
* Strong staff management and complaint handling skills
* Statia Liaison experience preferred
* Availability to work Saturday and Sunday
* Valid driver's license
* Immaculate personal presentation
* Professional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Possession for delivering exceptional customer service
