We have an opportunity for a Sales Associate to join the team at Stockland. In this role you will deliver world class customer support and service and contribute to the creation of profit centre performance through sustainable of revenue for the project(s). Contribute to key sales activities to support conversion of sales and settlements.
Based at Altona, North Victoria
** this is a full-time, permanent position, 5 days/week (incl weekends**). In addition to the salary package offered there is the opportunity to earn commission.
**About the Role**
- Provide a welcoming and helpful interface between the team, customers, and key internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure sales office (physical environment), digital channels (website, rea, domain etc) and actual project all presents well on daily basis adhering to project checklist
- Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures, and controls to maximise enquiry conversion and minimise cancellation of deposits for project (s)
- Provide contract administrative support from release to settle per projects (s) to achieve agreed sales and settlement targets
- Management of Inventory and Stocklists (including accurate online presentation of land and home and land packages)
- Daily and Weekly reconciliation of Trust Account deposits and receipt in line with RE licencing obligations
- Comply with licencing and legal requirements in all sales interactions
- Contribute to customer contact programs to support conversion from lead to settlement and provide customers with confidence and support through buying journey as required
- Utilise and communicate sales scripts and accurate messaging to support qualification activities that educate, inform, excite customers on unique and shared feature and benefits of the products and services offered.
**About You**
- Experience and proven track record in a customer centric role in a sales and service environment, relating to property, financial services, retail
- Working in a sales and/or customers in a virtual and online environment
- Experience in qualifying and prospecting new leads and opportunities
- Fundamental and applied understanding of the customer journey/sales process along with customer centric procedures and ethos
- Proven ability to work collaboratively
- Experience & delivery of high quality administrative tasks and activities
- Experience with using CRM; Salesforce highly desirable
- Exposure to insight selling methods and processes
- Appropriate licensing credentials
- Access to a car and hold a current VIC drivers licence.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent time management & organisational skills.
