A great opportunity to join a well-known Real Estate Development company based on St Kilda Rd, for an experienced Receptionist / Administrator.
With brand new offices, this thriving company are looking for an exceptional front of house representative to make their staff and clients feel at home from the moment they step into the foyer.
Reporting to the EA, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in managing front of house operations and providing essential administrative support to the wider business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Providing 5 star customer service to all clients, visitors and the executive team visiting on a daily basis
- Booking and management of all room schedules for staff meetings, ensuring the rooms are maintained and replenished
- Administrative duties as required
- Assist in planning social events and regular business updates
- Provide diary management support to the management team
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Previous customer service, reception and/or administrative experience
- Great phone manner and presentation
- Ability to provide fantastic customer service and build rapport with ease
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Strong team orientation
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to thrive under pressure
