About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring jobs progress smoothly from start to finish. You will be responsible for coordinating communication between customers, trades, insurance companies and internal teams while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Typing, editing, reviewing, and uploading reports and scopes of work
* Monitoring the progress of building repairs and ensuring timelines are met
* Liaising with trades, customers, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
* Managing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records
* Providing high-level customer service and support throughout the repair process
About You
* Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills
* Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
* Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
* High attention to detail, particularly with document editing and reporting
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Experience in the insurance or building industry is highly regarding, but not essential
