Job Title: Integrated Logistics Support Practitioner
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) practitioner to support a major Defence program. This is an Above the Line role, embedded within the Commonwealth and working under Commonwealth direction.
About the Role
You'll provide end-to-end ILS expertise across analysis, planning, acquisition, transition, sustainment, asset management, and end-of-life disposal of materiel systems. The role requires strong ILS fundamentals, excellent stakeholder communication, and the ability to operate with autonomy and professional judgment.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) in accordance with DEF(AUST)
* Identify, develop and verify ILS requirements
* Develop and maintain the Logistics Support Analysis Record (LSAR)
* Prepare, review, and update ILS documentation and artefacts
* Review and provide input to OEM system deliverables
* Evaluate Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) for support system impacts
* Prepare documentation and presentation materials for system reviews
* P present supportability findings to the ILS Manager for decision-making
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Degree-qualified ILS practitioner, or equivalent industry experience (5–10+ years)
Experience using LES Suite products (eMRD, eLSA, eLORA) or similar logistics engineering tools
