Our business operates 365 days a year, so you will need to be available to work on a roster which can include weekends and public holidays.
About You
* Previous experience in a rapid‐paced customer service focused role will be highly advantageous
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across a diverse customer base
* Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
* Ability to work on a rotating basis across our three terminals at Cleveland, Redland Bay and Dunwich (North Stradbroke Island)
* Ability and willingness to work effectively independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrated reliability and ability to respond and adapt to changing business needs
* Previous experience in a dynamic environment with an ability to multitask and deliver against identified objectives
* Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
* Previous experience in the tourism industry is desirable
