Key Retail Leadership Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to take on the role of Assistant Store Manager.
This is a full-time opportunity at Canberra Airport, working outside typical business hours. We require someone who is reasonably flexible with their availability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and motivate store teams to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth.
3. Maintain high standards of store presentation, merchandise display and visual merchandising.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of visual merchandising plans and presentations that showcase products effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

* Excellent communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (desirable).
