Motion Recruitment is seeking a Tester to join a client delivering major business transformation projects. You will support testing across multiple initiatives, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute and document tests for front-end and back-end systems across Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod
Support automation testing using Postman (API) and Cypress (Front End)
Review test plans, prepare test data, and environments
Participate in defect triage and resolution
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to clarify requirements
Contribute to improving testing processes and tools
Requirements:
5+ years software testing or QA experience
Tertiary qualification in IT or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience with Postman, Cypress, and Cucumber/Gherkin
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
ISTQB certification or similar desirable
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, especially Atlassian suite

Experience managing testing across programs in regulated environments

Contract: Initial Fixed Term Contract, with strong likelihood of extension or permanency
