You'll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior auto‐parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you'll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound phone & online sales processing
* In‐store customer service
* Order & receipt of incoming stock
* Process & pick purchase orders
* Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication skills
* A customer service champion
* Experience or a passion for auto parts
* Well presented
* Great phone manner
* Ability to influence & negotiate
* Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
* Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
