About the Role
* Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care and grooming.
* Support residents' mobility and transfer needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Monitor residents' wellbeing, identifying any changes or concerns that may require attention from medical professionals.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Aged Care qualification or equivalent experience.
* Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in aged care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and colleagues.
