The Roles
* Multiples opportunities - Financial Lines & Health – This leading team is looking for Solicitors, Associates, Senior Associates and Special Counsel to join them in Melbourne. These roles will see you working across financial lines and health matters, focusing on defending a variety of claims brought against directors, officers, companies, and professionals across legal financial services, construction and property industries, as well as opportunities to act for hospitals, clinics, medical and other health care providers in disciplinary proceedings, litigation, and coronial inquests. Work with industry leading Principals to support your career.
* Property Damage - This role offers a broad range of public liability and general insurance work from an array of clients, with a focus on large and complex property damage claims. The ideal candidate will have defendant insurance experience within property liability. Looking for candidates with 2 to 5 years.
* Government Advisory – Opportunity for an Associate or Senior Associate to join the insurance team in Melbourne working in the public liability and general insurance space, focusing on Government & Institutional (G&I) abuse claims, and a broad range of other insurance matters. You will have the chance to work with a highly regarded principal who will support your career development.
