**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical engineer to lead our team in delivering exceptional results across aircraft maintenance and engineering programs.
As part of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving safety, reliability, and compliance while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Oversee the technical services and reliability engineering functions within our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO).
* Maintain regulatory compliance under CASR Part 42, ensuring aircraft safety and supporting internal and external engineering services.
* Guide strategic decisions on fleet maintenance, upgrades, and support as the key escalation point for operational technical issues.
**Requirements:**
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 10 years in aircraft engineering and/or maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of CASA Part 42 regulations and Continuing Airworthiness requirements.
* Technical knowledge and experience from aircraft OEMs Airbus, Bombardier, and/or Boeing.
