Australia's largest national association for the residential building industry is looking for an Administration Officer to support their HR team. The incumbent needs to be aware of processes in HR and have the motivations and admin skills to keep going with work. You will need to demonstrate skills to prioritise and manage your workload.
**Duties and Reonsibilities**:
- Role will do Telephone refs and telephone screens
- Send out offers of employment
- Add information to data base, update details
- Strong admin skills required
- It is not HR degree level role but someone with interest and experience in Recruitment or HR Team is ideal. This role will be directed by Senior Hr Consultant
**About You**:
- HR ADMIN or Recruitment ADMIN previous experience is mandatory
- Self Motivated and can work under direction, can achieve tasks to deadlines.Team are easy to get along with
