Overview
Sales & Warehouse Operator (Gyprock) – Launceston, TAS.
Full-time role based at the Gyprock Trade Centre in Launceston, reporting to the Store Manager, delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Provide a holistic customer service approach from taking enquiries to fulfilling orders across a range of products
- Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Support warehouse and distribution operations
- Assist in loading customer vehicles
- Schedule deliveries
- Ensure stock accuracy by undertaking daily inventory counts
- Contribute to achievement of store revenue and margin budgets
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am to 3pm.

- Confident and well-presented when dealing with customers
- Experience working in a fast-paced and busy environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and deadlines
- Forklift licence is desirable or willing to obtain one
