Job Description
Key Tasks:
1. Source and originate senior secured real estate debt deals ($2M-$100M).
2. Manage transactions from initial assessment through to settlement.
3. Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, brokers, and intermediaries.
4. Coordinate due diligence with valuers, lawyers, and consultants.
5. Present deals to internal credit and investment committees.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate has proven experience in real estate debt origination and deal execution, with a strong understanding of property fundamentals and market dynamics. They are self-motivated, commercially minded, and skilled in relationship management and negotiation, preferably with a background in lending, capital markets, or real estate investment.
