Toyota Motor Corporation Australia is seeking a Warranty Advisor to join our Quality & Service Division for a 12‐month term role based in Altona North, primarily onsite with a flexible hybrid arrangement.
How you'll make an impact
* Assist with the daily operations of the Warranty Help Desk Team, supporting the dealer network with claim compilation, submission, and escalations via the Warranty Support System (Salesforce) and phone.
* Manage Toyota claim rejections and responses related to cost recovery.
* Help develop the Salesforce system by enhancing case management and reporting capabilities.
* Develop Warranty Bulletins to provide procedural guidance to the dealer network.
* Create Warranty Claim Instructions for Technical Bulletins to support technical teams.
* Support review and updating of Policies and the Toyota & Lexus Warranty Policies and Procedures manual (WPPM).
* Assist in maintaining reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely information for effective planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Your attributes
* Automotive trade qualification or experience working in a warranty administration or advisor role.
* Experience in automotive industry roles covering both technical matters and customer management.
* Preferred: Toyota product experience.
* Proven ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and negotiate outcomes.
* Strong understanding of the automotive industry and dealer networks.
* Understanding of business and commercial drivers.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite; SAP and Salesforce experience highly regarded.
