We're looking for a proactive, organised and tech‐savvy **People & Culture Coordinator** who thrives in a fast‐paced, purpose‐driven environment. This pivotal role supports the EGM People & Culture and the P&C Leadership Team. The role is **permanent**, **full time** based in **Blackburn**. * Provide support to the EGM P&C, to ensure the effective management of their schedule and leadership commitments.* Arrange and manage travel and accommodation for the P&C Leadership Team (PCLT) and key personnel.* Preparing range of reports (including Board and Committee reports), presentations to support the PCLT.* Coordinate and support P&C initiatives, projects and events.* Administer P&C IT access/permissions, document libraries, SharePoint sites, MS suite access, distribution lists and shared mailboxes.* Maintain accurate, compliant P&C documentation across SharePoint and Staffbase knowledge sites.* Monitor and reconcile P&C budgets monthly with GMs; identify and correct anomalies.* A degree or qualification in Human Resources or a related field.* Relevant experience in coordination, administration or executive support, with sound judgement and discretion.* Strong technical capability across MS Office applications and confidence navigating content‐management systems (e.g., SharePoint, knowledge bases).* Clear and professional written communication, including the ability to prepare documents, reports and presentations.* Experience in in process implementation and systems such as permissions, documentation, shared mailboxes and distribution lists.* Eligible employees can access NFP salary packaging for living expenses ($15,900 tax free for rent, mortgage, school fees etc) plus meals and entertainment benefits ($2,650 tax free)* On site parking* Hybrid working arrangement minimum 2 days in office.* Paid parental leave - 12 weeks.* Up to 8 weeks leave per year through our purchase leave scheme.* Up to 5 days paid leave per year to 'volunteer' in a TSA program or activity.* Health insurance, home energy and home office supplies discounts.* Employee Assistance Program - Independent confidential counselling service.At the Salvos, we believe in doing good that transforms lives and futures for the better.And it is this belief which drives us to find new ways and places where we can make a difference.
