Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing acute care to patients in their homes, escalating concerns and communicating effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse – Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
* Current NSW Drivers Licence;
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients, carers, and a diverse range of health and non-healthcare providers;
* Demonstrated ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team, with an emphasis on service delivery, patient safety, quality of care, and team cohesion;
