About The Opportunity
As the Store Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a small team, providing guidance and support
- Coordinating transport arrangements for outbound goods
- Managing daily stores operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Picking, packing, and processing orders accurately and timely to meet delivery deadlines
- Overseeing stocktakes and carrying out administrative duties using our inventory management software
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- A forklift license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same or similar role
- Proficiency in inventory management and stock control
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Computer literacy, particularly with inventory management software and reporting tools
