We are seeking an experienced Team Manager – People & Culture to join us on a full time, 12-month maternity leave backfill, leading our P&C function and partnering closely with leaders across the organisation during a period of growth, systems uplift and workforce development. This is an opportunity for a senior HR professional who wants their expertise to genuinely matter. Reporting to the Chief Corporate Services Officer, you will provide both strategic leadership and hands‑on guidance across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring our people are supported, compliant, engaged and empowered to deliver high‑quality services to the community.
