About the Role

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting individuals to recover and return to work following injury or illness.

* You will conduct assessments and provide case management services to support people in achieving their recovery goals.
* You will build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* An Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Registered Nurse, Osteopath, Chiropractor, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, or Psychologist (with relevant accreditation).
* A passion for working in occupational rehabilitation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
* Honesty, integrity, and a positive approach.


Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct assessments and provide case management services across various customer portfolios.
* Support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge.
* Interact and build relationships with key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
