**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Lead, the Service Desk Analyst will provide remote and onsite diagnostic, guidance and support to internal and external customers with IT problems and issues.
This is a permanent full-time role based at our Corporate office in West Perth.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receiving and handling requests for service and incidents, following agreed procedures ensuring record hygiene is maintained within KPI thresholds
- Promptly identifying and prioritizing incidents causing service interruptions for action or escalation
- Adhering to incident, problem and change management policies, processes and procedures
- Participating in future on-call roster for the service desk to provide after business hours coverage for priority incidents when the needs arise
- Contributing to continual service improvement initiatives
- Maintain and update knowledge base and work instruction documentation
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Role modelling and demonstrating Pilbara Minerals values
**ABOUT YOU**:
- Tertiary qualified in information technology, computer science or similar
- Certified Microsoft professional and other industry certifications highly regarded
- Some exposure to working in a similar role
- Experience in customer service environment is highly regarded
