We’re seeking our next Talent Acquisition Superstar to power our national doctor pipeline. This is a high-activity, outbound sourcing role where you’ll engage directly with doctors, build trusted relationships and convert conversations into placements that keep communities supported.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Generating new doctor leads through proactive outbound calls
• Running targeted email and social media sourcing campaigns
• Proactively engaging and building lasting relationships with active and past candidates to maximise pipeline and placements
• Qualifying doctors and converting interest into interviews, shifts and placements
• Building strong, site-specific talent pools aligned to workforce demand
• Accurately tracking activity and performance in Salesforce CRM
•Collaborating with WFM Team to match doctors to placements.

• Sales-driven and comfortable working to activity and conversion targets
• Confident, persuasive and engaging on the phone
• Experienced in outbound recruitment, sourcing or sales
• Organised and disciplined with follow-up
• Resilient, proactive and motivated by achieving results
