We're now looking for an experienced and confident Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our founding team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment we open
About the Role
This is a full-time, front-line sales role for someone who's ready to hit the ground running. You'll support customers from first enquiry through to test drive, finance, handover and beyond, working closely with the General Sales Manager and F&I Manager to deliver strong results.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries and deliver professional vehicle presentations
* Guide customers confidently through the entire sales process
* Assist with finance, insurance, registration, and vehicle handover
* Maintain strong product knowledge and follow compliance procedures
* Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success

About You
You're an experienced Sales Consultant who takes pride in providing exceptional service and achieving results. You enjoy building strong customer relationships, following a clear process, and being part of a high-performing, motivated team.

What You'll Need to Succeed
* Experience in an automotive dealership sales role is a must
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
* Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
* Self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently
* A current driver's licence with a clean driving record
