Key Responsibilities
* Answering phone calls and redirecting to the appropriate team
* Organising employee accommodation and travel
* Attending weekly and monthly meetings and scribing minutes
* Assisting the Administration Coordinator with Payroll and Invoicing data
* Liaising with clients
* Digital filing and compliance checks
* Data entry
* General office duties/responsibilities
