About the Role
As our Property & Fleet Administration Officer, you'll keep our national operations running smoothly — from maintaining our offices to coordinating our vehicle fleet. You'll be part of a supportive, values-driven team that ensures our people have the tools and spaces they need to deliver life-changing work. You'll be the go-to person for all things property and fleet, providing vital support to our Property & Fleet Manager and working collaboratively with teams across the country.
What You'll Do
* Log and manage property and fleet service requests
* Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor services
* Support finance processes including invoicing and cost coding
* Maintain property and fleet registers and databases
* Assist with relocations, refurbishments, and vehicle administration
* Deliver exceptional support with professionalism and care
What We're Looking For
1. Essential:
2. The right to work in Australia
3. Willingness to obtain a Working With Children Check and complete a criminal history check
4. A valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
5. Strong admin, time management, and communication skills
6. A self-starter who can work without direct supervision when required
7. Intermediate with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Desirable:
* Experience using service desk or task management systems
* Knowledge of property and fleet management
* Finance or accounts payable experience
