About the role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at the Western Heritage Motor Inn in Moranbah, Queensland. As a full-time Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails and beverages for our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company policies and procedures
- Providing outstanding customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including stocking and rotating inventory
- Adhering to all relevant liquor licensing laws and regulations
- Assisting with bar-related events and functions as needed
- Collaborating with the food and beverage team to create creative drink menus
- Maintaining detailed records of stock levels and sales
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of different spirits, cocktails, and bar menu items
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
- Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain
- Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
