This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and is passionate about contributing to the smooth operation of agricultural facilities.Your key responsibilities will include:Reading and interpreting drawingsFabrication, installation and repairs to machinery and infrastructure to a high standardCutting, shaping and joining metal components using welding, brazing and other metal working techniquesEnsuring finished products meet specificationsCollaborating with the supervisor to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issuesMaintaining a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety requirementsAbout YouDemonstrated proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG and stick weldingAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to deliver high quality workGood communication and team work skillsAbility to work safely and adhere to all relevant health and safety requirements
