Job Title: Service Operations Coordinator


Job Summary:

This role is responsible for overseeing the service repair workflow, ensuring efficient production capabilities and exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.


Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and schedule service repairs to maximize departmental productivity.
2. Provide technical support and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
3. Perform administrative tasks to ensure accurate billing, work orders, and customer relations.


Key Skills:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and data management systems.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar administrative or advisory role.
