About the role
We are seeking passionate Casual Student Supervisors to join our team at Ace Buses in the Sunshine Coast, QLD. As a Student Supervisor, you will be responsible for safely transporting special needs students to and from school each day, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the journey. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to work as needed to suit your schedule. The role is a maximum of 20 hours a week and split shifts.
What you'll be doing
* Ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers throughout the journey
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
* Adhering to the Code of Conduct for Child Safety
* Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle
* Providing excellent customer service to students and their families
* Communicating effectively with the office, Driver, students, school administration and parents as needed
What we're looking for
* Must have or be willing to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children Card) QLD
* Must be over the age of 18
* Ability to use company technology
* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work well with children
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of our school routes
