Local Area Marketing Specialist
We're looking for a Local Area Marketing Specialist who understands how to build a meaningful local presence and bring our brand to life in every neighbourhood we serve.
What You'll Be Doing
Drive Restaurant Growth
* Develop and execute Local Area Marketing strategies that increase traffic, sales and brand presence
* Identify local opportunities that unlock commercial growth
* Monitor performance and continuously optimise activity based on results
Support New Openings & Key Milestones
* Lead marketing support for new restaurant openings and refurbishments
* Coordinate launch plans and local activations
* Review performance post-launch and implement learnings
Equip Our Restaurants for Success
* Own and evolve the Local Area Marketing toolkit
* Provide practical tools, templates and assets for local execution
* Support restaurant teams with guidance, training and clear communication
Deliver Campaigns & Partnerships
* Localise national campaigns to maximise community impact
* Develop and execute targeted growth initiatives across key segments
* Identify and manage local partnerships that strengthen brand presence
Collaborate Across the Business
* Partner closely with Operations, Sales and Marketing teams
* Build strong relationships with Regional leaders and restaurant teams
* Ensure marketing activity is aligned, efficient and commercially focused

What You'll Bring
* 3+ years marketing experience (retail or hospitality preferred)
* Experience delivering growth‐driving Local Area Marketing campaigns
* Strong commercial mindset and bring passion to your work
* Confident stakeholder management across different functions
* Ability to move between strategy and execution seamlessly
* Highly organised, proactive and results‐driven
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or similar desired but not mandatory
