About the Opportunity
We are seeking a professional to serve as a point of contact and guide for carers in our Carer Hubs.
This role combines community development and community engagement approaches to raise awareness and enhance accessibility to Carer Gateway services.
The successful candidate will create connections between carers and vital community resources, building meaningful relationships that support wellbeing and independence.
They will oversee the Nambour Carer Hub, facilitating social interaction and promoting wellbeing, connection, and a sense of belonging.
