Lead & Assistant Educators
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic professionals to join our team as Lead and Assistant Educators.
Our centre provides a rich learning environment, with seven rooms and additional spaces including an Art Studio and Dining Room. Our philosophy is built on creating a calm, loving, and nurturing setting that feels like home for our children, families, and staff.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Diploma or Certificate III in Children Services
* Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Certificates
* Current Blue Card
* Understanding and knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
* Ability to build strong relationships with children and families
* Supportive and enthusiastic disposition
* Experience in observing and documenting learning using Storypark
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
