We are currently in search of a Level 2/L3 Network Engineer specialising in Cisco technologies!
As a Network Engineer, your role involves offering daily operational assistance to the company. You'll address second level faults primarily related to Cisco products, showcasing your problem-solving skills and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including routing, switching, wireless, and voice systems.
* Address and escalate client requests promptly.
* Offer assistance both onsite and remotely as needed.
* Offer guidance and mentorship to junior L1 engineers.
* Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in Network Configuration on Cisco.
* Proficient in Cisco, Fortinet, and Meraki.
* Proficient with Microsoft, Windows, SharePoint, and Office 365.
* Proficiency in networking concepts, including routers and switches.
* Hold Industry certifications e.g (Cisco/Fortinet).
* Must have MSP Experience.
