About the role
This is a part-time position, with school hours available. You will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
Key duties include:
* Daily banking and cash handling
* Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Entry
* Payroll assistance
* Running errands as required
* Assisting with customer and member accounts
* Maintaining and updating the member database
* Basic social media support and updates
* Filing and record management
* General administrative and office support tasks
About you:
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Reliable and able to work independently
* Confident with administrative systems
* Experience using Xero is advantageous
* Good communication skills
* Previous administration or accounts experience preferred but not essential
