A leading industrial testing and engineering services organization seeks a qualified Asset Integrity Specialist to join their team.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site and laboratory testing, performing mechanical and metallurgical tests, and managing laboratory equipment. They will also conduct site inspections, analyze failure data, and provide technical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
 * Design and coordinate testing in line with client requirements and industry standards
 * Perform mechanical and metallurgical tests according to established procedures
 * Manage and maintain laboratory testing equipment, including calibration
 * Conduct site inspections and liaise with clients to define test scopes
 * Analyze failure data, perform root cause investigations, and provide technical recommendations
 * Supervise engineering and technical staff during project execution
 * Ensure quality control and compliance with relevant standards
Skills and Qualifications
 * Strong understanding of material properties, mechanical and electronic principles
 * Knowledge of advanced non-destructive testing techniques and condition monitoring
 * Proficiency in quality management systems and regulatory standards
 * Familiarity with asset lifecycle management, root cause analysis, and collaborative engineering practices
 * Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
Requirements
 * Relevant degree in Engineering (preferably in Materials, Mechanical or Metallurgy)
 * Minimum 1 year of experience in Non-Destructive Testing
 * AINDT certifications (UT, MT, RT, PT Level 2 ISO 9712) or ability to obtain
 * Manual C-Class driver's license for travel to client sites
 * Strong computer literacy and technical reporting skills
 * Excellent verbal and written communication in English
