We are urgently seeking an experienced administrator for a 3 month assignment located at Carole Park. Working with a business that has cemented themselves over time as a market leader in manufacturing products for the building industry in Australia, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door as there may be future prospects beyond the initial anticipated duration with this well established business.
This role will primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including:
- Data entry (ensuring a high level of attention to detail)
- Recordkeeping
- Maintaining spreadsheet data (MS Excel) and preparing documents in MS Word
- General administrative duties including providing support to reception when needed
To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate:
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with previous experience in a high volume data entry environment (experience processing accounts payable and/or job costing data advantageous)
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence learning and using computer systems (including an intermediate knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on achieving high levels of accuracy
- Availability to commence on the 3rd July
