About the Role
This is a dynamic role where you will work closely with the Front of House Supervisor to plan and deliver exceptional customer service for our functions and events. Your tasks will include setting up furniture, equipment and resources, delivering food and beverages, maintaining cleaning duties, ensuring the venue remains clean, safe and welcoming at all times.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Event Setup & Support - Set up furniture, equipment, and resources for functions and events, and assist in planning with the supervisor.
* Food & Beverage Service - Deliver food and beverages for meetings/events and assist at the coffee or liquor bar as needed.
* Venue Cleaning - Perform regular cleaning duties to ensure the venue remains clean, safe, and welcoming at all times.
* Equipment Maintenance - Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults or maintenance needs promptly.
* General Maintenance Support - Assist with venue upkeep by safely operating tools and equipment and reporting issues to the coordinator.

Requirements
* A thorough knowledge of cleaning methods and chemical applications required to ensure a high standard of venue presentation with attention to detail.
* Demonstrated knowledge of technology, computer systems and audio visual equipment.
* Demonstrated quality customer service skills and ability to meet high standards of presentation.
* Demonstrated capacity to work effectively as a team member and without supervision.
* Demonstrated organisational skills, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
